Welcome to my cooking page
I LOVE to cook! It's probably one of my favorite things
to
do (next to eating the food I've cooked). I like to take
traditional recipes and change them around i.e. Mexican
Pizza. In this space, from time to time, I will post some
of the things I have tried. Sometimes I will list exact
ingredients and other times I will just describe how to
vary basic recipes to get interesting results. Much of
the fun of cooking comes from experimenting and if you are
timid in the kitchen maybe I can help you to try new
things
and find out how easy it can be. One thing I've learned
is
that if you mix together good stuff it usually turns out
good, (as long as you don't burn it to a crisp!)
Happy Cooking!

The Phantom Gourmet is probably New England's most trusted food critic. Unlike most food writers, the Phantom dines in disguise and no one knows when he's checking out a restaurant. That way he gets no special foods or service. (By the way, he loves the Top of the Hub, where I work).
These FAT guys can COOK! As frequently featured on ESPN's "Cold Pizza", Salt, Fat and calories don't matter to these guys, but their stuff tastes GREAT!
Check out the Tobasco site. There's lots to do at these very well designed pages. Make sure you don't miss the animated "Hot Meter".
Joe Perry, Lead Guitarist for Aerosmith has come out with his own brand of Spicy Hot Sauce. It's only available in limited quantities, so you'd better order fast!
I found this sauce in my local Shaw's Market. It is very hot, but with nice flavor.
